This tool has no access to real MedDRA data — not from Vault Safety, Argus, ArisG, or anywhere else. MedDRA is licensed by the MSSO/ICH, and redistributing it without your own subscription isn't something any tool on this site does. What this gives you is a candidate starting point from general medical knowledge, for you to confirm in your own organization's licensed MedDRA browser — never a substitute for that lookup, and never something to submit on a real case without verifying it yourself.
